PRO.FOR.ME. - Technology Project Manager

1. What does a technology project manager do?

The project manager is the professional responsible for all processes between the project's entry into the company and its delivery to customers. Responsible for deadlines, costs, quality and the management of people on the team and each “delivery”.


Your responsibilities are:


    Plan the execution of a project by dividing its steps into achievable phases; define the scope of the project, mapping all the necessary work, all its stages and phases; set up the project schedule; pass the project on to your team; allocate employees and service providers in each function to execute a project; promote communication at all levels and to everyone interested in the project distribute tasks; define deadlines for the execution of each task, stage and phase of the project; monitor the execution of each phase; carry out daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of projects; ensure delivery of the project project within time, cost and with quality standards met.

 

2. Knowledge that will be offered in Proforme

    Technical knowledge: Networks, Voice, Electronic Security, Cloud Computing and Voice (IP telephony).


    Project management concepts, phases and knowledge areas:


Concepts: Understand the function of project management.

Phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control and Closing of Projects. Areas of knowledge: Acquisitions, Costs, Scope, Quality, Deadlines and People Management.

    Reading projects: Identify the characteristics, specifications and requirements of projects from private clients and projects from public agencies. Commercial knowledge: know how to position yourself as an important support to the sales team, identifying business and relationship opportunities during the execution of projects, carrying out project scope review. Behavioral skills: Communication, Organization, Leadership, Analytical skills, Learning and Continuous Update


3. Scope

3rd degree students of courses in: Project Management, Administration, Business Management in Telecommunications, Administrative Management Courses and similar courses (preferably if the course includes the subject of projects and the focus is on training managers in the areas of technology).


4. Opportunity Basket:

Scholarship: R$1,000.00 (One thousand reais)

Working hours: 6 hours per day

Benefits: transportation voucher and meal ticket


5. Infrastructure

Candidates must have their own laptops to use during the internship period and have internet access.


6. Internship Location:

Nationwide


7. Internship Time:

12 months, extendable for a maximum of 12 months.
